It rained but, luckily, we were under canopies. The rain sounds like static. I felt very uncomfortable giving this talk. I do not like speaking to something as divisive as capitalism and economics, but the role they play in division amongst groups cannot be ignored. We are all looking for a safe place to consider “home”, a place where governance is empowering rather than life-sucking. My hope is that this is enlightening, encouraging, and unifying. I do NOT expect anything said here to be taken as “gospel” but, definitely, food for thought and growth into creative alternatives.
